Henning Kagermann, Co-Chief Executive Officer, SAP
Henning Kagermann joined SAP AG in 1982 and has been a member of the SAP Executive Board since 1991. As CEO of SAP AG, he has overall responsibility for SAP's strategy and business development, and he oversees the areas of product development for large enterprises, global communications, and internal audit. Kagermann also sponsors the Top Talent Management program at SAP.

Léo Apotheker, Co-Chief Executive Officer, SAP
Léo Apotheker, is co-CEO of SAP AG, alongside CEO Henning Kagermann. Before his appointment in April 2008, he had held the position of deputy CEO of SAP AG since March 2007. Apotheker has been a member of the SAP AG Executive Board and became president of global customer solutions and operations in 2002. In that role, he was responsible for all of SAP's customer operations, including consulting, education and training, sales, marketing, SAP solutions for small businesses and midsize companies, and field services. Apotheker joined SAP in 1988 and was president of SAP EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) from 1999 to 2002.

Hasso Plattner, Co-Founder & Chairman of the Supervisory Board, SAP
Prof. Dr. h.c. Hasso Plattner is one of the co-founders of SAP AG and has been chairman of the Supervisory Board since May 2003. In this role and as chief software advisor, he concentrates on defining the medium- and long-term technology strategy and direction of SAP. He also heads the Technology Committee of the SAP Supervisory Board. When SAP went public in 1988, Plattner was appointed vice chairman of the Executive Board. From 1997 to May 2003, he was chairman of the SAP AG Executive Board and CEO of SAP.
